Fire dept. responds for third time in a week to burned power line
Thursday, July 28, 2011, 4:04 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department is responding to the area behind the Talbott Tavern for a power line on fire. The call came in about 4 p.m. Firefighters confirm that a power line is down, and the city utility crews have been advised. This is the third outage in this area in the past week or so.
