Police, EMS called to West Broadway for teen found unresponsive

Saturday, Aug. 13, 2011, 11:55 p.m. — Nelson County EMS and Bardstown Police were called to the 900 block of West Broadway for what was believed to be a possible drug overdose. EMS transported a 14-year-old girl who was found by friends unresponsive laying outside near a fence. EMTs were unable to determine if drugs or alcohol were involved. She was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
