Virginia Elizabeth Milam, 34, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others.

Bryan Alexander Roberts, 26, probation violation (for felony offense); contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order; trafficking in marijuana, 8 ounces to less than 5 lbs.

Elizabeth W. Beswick, 36, theft by unlawful taking-shoplifting; probation violation (for misdemeanor offense).

Rocky D. Thornsberry, 30, intimidating a participant in a legal process.

Kimberly Lee Miller, 24, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Jesse D. Thornsberry, 21, operating on suspended/revoked operators license; failure to wear seat belts.
