Aug. 15, 2011

Paul Anthony Hayes, 26, non-payment of fines.

Stephen Harris Kidd, 43, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Deanna Gayle Kerner, 47, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others and complicity to same.

Timothy Wayne Noel, 24, failure to wear seat belts; no/expired registration plates.

Steven Shane Hayes, 21, operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 (aggravating circumstances); improper registration plate; possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; failure to wear seat belts; failure to produce insurance card; careless driving.

Brendon D. Booher, 22, alcohol intoxication in a public place.
