Steven Jason Ramos, 49, wanton endangerment, first-degree; operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 (aggravating circumstances); operating on suspended/revoked operators license; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt.

Joshua Alan McHenry, 34, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others.

Emma Elizabeth Davis, 51, trafficking controlled substances, first-degree; trafficking controlled substances, second-degree, two counts.

Tabbetha M. King, 24, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Steven Dale Norris, 33, probation violation (for felony offense).
