Bardstown Fire, EMS responding now to accident at Third & Daugherty

Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, 3:35 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department and Nelson County EMS responded to North Third St. and Daugherty Avenue for two vehicle crash involving a passenger vehicle that ran into and became trapped under part of a tractor-trailer rig. One person was reported trapped in the passenger vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters. The man was taken to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
