Jack Allen Sheely, 75, Loretto

Jack Allen Sheeley, 75, of Loretto, died Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011, at his residence. Born May 24, 1936, in Louisville, he was a retired employee of G. E. Appliance Park in Louisville and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Brent Sheeley and his parents, Charles and Catherine Beatrice Bartley Sheeley.

Survivors include three sons, Steven Sheeley of Hodgenville, Mark Sheeley of Boston and Terry Sheeley of Radcliff; one daughter, Jackie Sheeley of Boston; one brother, Charles Sheeley of Aiken, S.C.; and two grandchildren, Elisabeth Sheeley and Matthew Fischer.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29, 2011, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road.  Cremation will follow.
