Obituary: Ruth Ann Bogle Call, 81, New Haven

Ruth Ann Bogle Call, 81, of New Haven, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2023, at her home in New Haven with her family by her side. She was born Nov. 17, 1941, in Dell, Ark., to the late Carlos Wesley and Sybil King Bogle. She was Baptist by faith. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, and a wonderful cook.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Peggy,; and three brothers, Kenneth Bogle, Jimmy Bogle, and Michael Bogle.

She is survived by four sons, Terry (Sharon) Call of Vandaila, Robert (Margo) Call of Merriam, Kan., Roger (Ella) Call of Decatur,Ill., and Christopher (Megan) Call of New Haven; one brother, Richard (Sandy) Bogle of Maroa, Ill.; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In keeping with her wishes cremation was chosen, with no service.

The William R. Rust Funeral Home New Haven Chapel in New Haven is in charge of arrangements.
