Obituary: Sheridan Nally, 82, Bardstown
Sheridan Nally, 82, of Bardstown, died Sunday, March 5, 2023, at Cooper Trail Senior Living. He was born April 6, 1940, in Washington County. He retired from General Electric. He enjoyed car shows, gardening, fishing, mowing yards, and working on lawn mowers. He loved spending time with his grandson, Caleb, family, and granddog Winston. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife Pearl Gertrude Mudd Nally; his parents, Thurman and Mary Rose Nally; and two brothers, Albertus Nally and Charles Nally.
He is survived by one daughter, Cindy (Michael) Kidwell of Springfield; one son, Terry (Mary Jo) Nally of Bardstown; one sister, Bernadine Benham of Harrodsburg; two brothers, Victor (Eunice) Nally, and Leo Nally both of Springfield; one grandson, Caleb Nally of Bardstown; a special friend, Rose Cravens of Bardstown; and several nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2023, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery with the Rev. Michael Martin officiating.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 2023, and 9-10:15 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2023, at Barlow Funeral Home with a 5:30 p.m. Thursday prayer service.
Memorial contributions may go to Masses at Holy Trinity.
Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
