Michael Dwayne Dever, 30, non-payment of fines.

Melodie Ann Cornett, 42, theft by deception-include cold checks under $500; non-payment of fines.

Donald Ray Girdley, 27, non-payment of fines.

Jeffery Scott Hughes, 40, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Ricky Seay, 58, operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08; possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; failure to wear seat belts.

Pascal Jones, 51, sodomy, first-degree.
