Obituary: Lisa Ann Johnson, 61, Bardstown
Lisa Ann Johnson, 61, of Bardstown, died Monday, March 13, 2023, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. She was born May 3, 1961, in Jefferson County and worked as an RN. She enjoyed going to bingo, yard sales, and playing with her cat, Max. She was a 1979 graduate of Nelson County Senior High and a member of Bardstown Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Leon Owens; her mother, Alma Aline Owens; and one brother, Larry Dale Owens.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis Johnson of Bardstown; two sisters, Brenda Graham of Bardstown, and Debbie Mattingly of Seffner, Fla.; two nieces, Angel Shaw and Amy Beth Ash; one nephew, Larry Crump; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Makayla, Niki, Ethan, Nicholas, Ellyson, and Cooper.
The funeral is noon Friday, March 17, 2023, at Bardstown Church of God with Pastor Ed Lainhart officiating. Burial is in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023, and Barlow Funeral Home, and 10 a.m. to noon Friday, March 17, 2023 at Bardstown Church of God.
Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
