Alesandro Cabreras, 28, no/expired registration plates; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense; no operators/moped license.

Matthew T. Downs, 19, assault, fourth-degree, domestic violence, minor injury.

Derek Joseph Downs, 25, prescription controlled substance not in original container, first offense; possession controlled substance, first-degree, first, offense, drug unspecified; promoting contraband, first-degree; bribery of a public servant.

Martha Ann Next, 61, theft by unlawful taking/disposition; forgery, second-degree.

William C. Conrad, 39, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

David Alan Chesser, 52, theft by deception, include cold checks under $500.
