Bryan Keith Baldwin, 48, Bardstown, order of appearance. No bond. Booked at 3:17 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.

Nathanial Wade Barger, 21, Vivian, La., probation violation (for felony offense). Bond is $100,000 cash. Booked at 6:38 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.

Jarandall Davon Provost, 29, Bardstown, failure to appear. Bond is $250 cash. Booked at 10:11 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, by Kentucky State Police.

Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023

Daniel Jene Lacy, 40, New Haven, probation violation (for felony offense). No bond. Booked at 11:32 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023.

Christopher Todd Reed, 38, LaGrange, order of appearance. No bond. Booked at 12:04 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.

Zachary Michael McDonald, 33, New Haven, order of appearance. No bond. Booked at 2:59 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.

Jorge Luis Saez-Mujica, 20, Louisville, failure to appear. Bond is $5,000 cash. Booked at 3:01 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023.

Thomas Ray Yocum, 42, Bardstown, probation violation (for felony offense). Bond is $25,000. Booked at 4:54 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.

Raymond Edward Vanisacker, 24, Shepherdsville, order of appearance. No bond. Booked at 5:22 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.

Wilbert Theodore Spalding, 53, Bardstown, cultivating marijuana,, (5 plants or more). Bond is $5,000 cash. Booked at 4:50 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.
