Bardstown firefighters respond to assisted living for active fire alarm
Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011, 2:48 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded to Bluegrass Assisted Living, 107 Thruway Drive about 2:35 Saturday afternoon for an alarm called in by the alarm company. Firefighters reset the alarm and then checked the attic area to determine why the alarm sounded but the search was inconclusive as to the reason the alarm activated.
