Billy Joe Baker Jr., 40, driving on a DUI suspended license (aggravating circumstances); failure to wear seat belts.
Catharine Lydian, 49, tampering with physical evidence and complicity to same; receiving stolen property (firearm) and complicity to same.
Donald Rex Stephens, 47, speeding, 26 mph or more over limit; failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.
Angel Faye Burton, 25, tampering with physical evidence and complicity to same; receiving stolen property (firearm) and complicity to same.
Terry Lane Hillard, 41, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
Marsha Lynn Rust, 32, unlawful access to computer, first-degree; fraudulent use of a credit card; theft of identity of another without consent.
Cynthia Elizabeth Humphrey, 27, criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree.
