Jeffrey M. Harrison, 46, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08; operating on suspended/revoked operators license; reckless driving; disorderly conduct, second-degree.

Donna Merie Bosi, 47, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Jessie Howard Jackson, 35, probation violation (for misdemeanor offense); non-support.

Nicholas A. Ballard, 36, robbery, second-degree and complicity to same; theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others; persistent felony offender, second-degree.
