William Ryan Keeton, 35, robbery, first-degree; receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more; assault, third-degree, police/probation officer; wanton endangerment, first-degree; fleeing or evading police, first-degree (motor vehicle); disarming a police officer; resisting arrest; speeding 26 mph or more over limit; disregarding stop sign; improper passing.
Brandon David Miles, 24, speeding, 26 mph or more over limit.
