Woman injured after falling from her horse on Lenore Road

Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, 6:30 p.m. — Nelson County EMS responded to a report of a woman who was injured after falling off a horse. The rider was on a farm on Lenore Road approximately two miles from its intersection with KY 523. Dispatchers reported the woman was unable to move or feel her legs. The woman was transported to University Hospital in Louisville for treatment.
