Ray Antoine Calbert, 34, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree less than 4 grams cocaine); possession controlled substances, second-degree; possession controlled substances, first-degree, cocaine; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. .08; speeding 14 mph over limit; tampering with physical evidence.
Crystal Marie Grigsby, 29, wanton endangerment, first-degree (police officer); fleeing or evading police, first-degree (motor vehicle); theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting (felony).
