Fredrick Allen Sanger, 25, burglary, third-degree; receiving stolen property under $500; probation violation (for felony offense); contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
Stephen Jerome Peake, 50, alcohol intoxication in a public place; assault, fourth-degree (minor injury).

Gary Christopher Jolley, 35, criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree; theft by deception-include cold checks under $500; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
Gary Wayne Mirick, 42, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order; serving warrant (for other police agency).
Kelvin Shavell Smith, 33, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/ddrugs/etc., .08; reckless driving; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
Brian Dale Case, 34, falsely reporting an incident.
