Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025

Aimee Jo Woolen, 49, Bardstown, failure to appear; fugitive from another state. No bond. Booked at 11:25 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.

Juan Garcia-Gonzalez, 59, Louisville, failure to surrender revoked operators license; rim or frame obscuring lettering or decal on license plate; inadequate muffler; operating on a suspended license; instructional permit violations; failure to appear. Bond is $2,500 surety. Booked at 1:34 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.

Chad Edward Tipton, 37, Bardstown, burglary, third-degree (2 counts); theft by unlawful taking or disposition, automobile, $500 to less than $1,000 value; theft by unlawful taking or disposition, all others, $500 to less than $1,000 value. No bond. Booked at 1:45 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 by the Bardstown Police Department.

Lisa Caro Clark, 58, Loretto, probation violation (for technical violation). No bond. Booked at 3:21 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 by Probation & Parole.

Christopher Dean Nation, 32, Bloomfield, contempt of court. No bond. Booked at 4:41 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 by the Nelson County Circuit Court.

Hubert Scott Mudd Jr., 35, Clarkson, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; failure to appear. Bond is $10,000 cash. Booked at 7:35 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 by the Bardstown Police Department.

Friday, Jan. 17, 2025

Trenton Richard Thomas, 20, Shepherdsville, no tail lamps; trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces). No bond. Booked at 2:15 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17, 2025, by the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.
