Obituary: Donna Rae Boles Vandygriff, 57, Cox’s Creek

Donna Rae Boles Vandygriff, 57, of Cox’ Creek, died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. She was born March 8, 1967, in Henderson to the late Donald Ray Boles and Vicky (Nance) Boles. She was a business owner and homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Vicky Boles; and one sister, Stephanie Boles.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Rodney Vandygriff;

one daughter, Grace Vandygriff; two sons, Jordan Vandygriff (Stephanie) and Levi Vandygriff (Cynta); two sisters, Suzanne Skinner and Stacy Ethington; one brother, Ben Boles; and two grandchildren, Nolan Vandygriff and Hazel Vandygriff; and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2025, at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home with a memorial service at a later date in in her hometown of Onton.

The Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
