Obituary: Cynthia ‘Joni’ Ball, 60, New Haven

Cynthia “Joni” Ball, 60, of New Haven, died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025, at her home. She was a member of the Kentucky Bikers Association and an employee of T & C Contracting.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Lee Ball; two brothers, Jerry Lee Ball and Jason Farley; two nephews, Dillon Shoffner and Joe David Shoffner; her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Elsie Girdley; her paternal grandparents, Leo and Margie Ball; and her beloved fur baby, Daisy Mae.

She is survived by her parents, Ray and Margie Miles and Kathy Ball; four sisters, Gail Ball of New Haven, Ranee Voyles (Bryan) of LaFollette, Tenn., Shelley Barrentine and Diane Hall, both of Shepherdsville; three nieces, Ashley Morrison (Chris) of Knoxville, Christina Voyles (RP Payne) of Jellico, Tenn., and Breanna Barrentine of Shepherdsville; four nephews, Brett Voyles of LaFollette, Tenn., Jonathan Ball of New Haven, and Brandon Barrentine and Bryso Barrentine, both of Louisville; one niece-in-law, Beverly Clark and family of Lebanon; and a host of extended family, friends, and co-workers.

Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025, at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven with cremation to follow.

The Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
