Obituary: Linda Sue Ralston, 78, Lebanon

Linda Sue Ralston, 78, of Lebanon, died Saturday, March 8, 2025, at her home. She was born Feb. 9, 1947, in Marion County. She was a retired employee of Owens-Illinois in Bardstown and a member of Saint Rose Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Darrell Ralston; her parents, Earl Victor Mullins Sr. and Delores Thompson Mullins Salsman; and one sister, Myra Bradshaw.

Survivors include one daughter, Candace Starr McMahon of Colorado; one son, Joseph Darrell Ralston II (Angelay) of Tucson, Ariz.; four sisters, Jennifer Sullivan (John) of Danville, Mimie Brown (Tommy) of Louisville, Debbie O’Daniel (Joe Pat) of Bowling Green, and Mary Ann Whitehouse (Raphy) of Bardstown; three brothers, Victor Mullins of Alameda, Calif., Michael Mullins (Terri) and Joey Mullins both of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Olivia O’Bryan of Louisville, Churchill Ralston, Mason Ralston, and Holden Ralston, all of Tucson, Ariz.; one brother-in-law, Jerry Bradshaw of Lebanon; and 30 nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2025, at St. Rose Priory Church with the Rev. Pier Georgio Dengler officiating. Burial is in the Bardstown Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2025, and 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2025, with a 7 p.m Friday prayer service at Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto.

Pallbearers are Joseph Darrell Ralston II, Eric Bradshaw, Jeff Corebett, Chuck Corbett, Wayne Whitehouse, David Whitehouse, Luke Whitehouse, Aaron Whitehouse, Patrick Mullins and Clinton Mullins.

Honorary Pallbearers are Victor Mullins, Michael Mullins, Joey Mullins, Jerry Bradshaw, John Sullivan,

Tommy Brown, Raphy Whitehouse, and Joe Pat O’Daniel.

Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
