LAWRENCE “KEITH” HAMILTON

He retired as assistant director of the Kentucky Division of Environmental Services, where his commitment to protecting the natural beauty of Kentucky was evident in all he did. Following his retirement, he continued to serve his community through his work at Pat’s Pharmacy and by lending his expertise for many years at his father’s business, J and L Alignment.

He was a man of deep faith and service and was a proud member of the Lebanon Knights of Columbus Council # 1264 where he earned the title of Sir Knight of the 4th degree. He gave generously of his time as a member of the Marion County Fair Board and shared his love of music as a member of the Saint Augustine Folk Choir and the Silverado Band, where he played guitar and sang with joy.

His greatest happiness came from spending time with his family, especially attending his grandchildren’s games and enjoying horseback riding together. His warmth, humor, and gentle spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and music that will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and community.
