Sheriff’s office investigating addditional Bloomfield burglaries

Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, 4:42 p.m. — The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office has been called to two additional burglaries in the Bloomfield area — Bloomfield Electronics, 65 Arnold Lane, and Bloomfield City Hall, 141 Depot Street. A deputy sheriff is already in Bloomfield investigating a burglary reported earlier at the office of Drs. Hendren and Lockett.

About 4:40 Monday afternoon, a deputy was dispatched to Houghlin Funeral  Home, 119 Main Street in Bloomfield for what appeared to be a break-in and possible burglary.
