Dejuan Jerome Batten, 20, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08; reckless driving; possession of marijuana; buy/possess drug paraphernalia.

James Raymond Lewis, 47, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

James Wesley Blanford, 23, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Andrew Patrick Kludt, 28, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Matthew Ryan Turner, 22, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Michael Casey Pugh, 26, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-from automobile; criminal mischief, third-degree; probation violation (for misdemeanor offense).

Christopher Todd Byrd, 21, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-from automobile.

Thomas B. Ballinger, 56, burglary, second-degree; receiving stolen property under $500.
