Police seek public’s help to find laundromaut robbery suspects

Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, 11:14 a.m. — Bardstown Police are asking for the public’s help to track down the individuals who robbed Mr. Tubs, 104 North Fourth Street Sunday evening.

Police say that an employee was mopping the floor about 7 p.m. when an  unidentified man entered the store and forced the employee into the bathroom and detained her there. The man shouted for another man to get the money. Both men were wearing dark colors and masks. There was no threat of a gun, nor did the victim report seeing one.

Police are asking inviduals with information to contact the Bardstown Police Department at 348-6811. Officer Nathan Phillips and Detective Lynn Davis are investigating the robbery.
