Angela Kaye Catron, 33, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; no brake lights (passenger vehicle).

Jonathan L. Fulkerson, 28, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Ivan Gerraro Ponce, 30, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; no operators/moped license; failure to wear seatbelts; serving warrant (for other police agency).

Jessica Jean Edie, 21, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting (misdemeanor).
