Rose Marie ‘Rosie’ Coyle, 79
Rose Marie “Rosie” Coyle, 79, formerly of Louisville, died Friday, Nov. 25, 2011, at the Sisters of Loretto infirmary in Nerinx.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles J. Coyle and Ethel Hagan Coyle; and three sisters, Ethel Rita Gant, Margaret Masterson and Sister Charles Marie Coyle, OSU.
She spent her childhood in New Haven where she was a member of St. Catherine Church and attended St. Catherine School. She entered the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth and was a member for 10 years. Her adult life was lived in Louisville where she was employed by Marie Humphries and Caretenders Home Health Services and ICI in Clarksville Ind.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Bernadette Downs of Louisville, and Sister Theresa Coyle SL of Nerinx; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen. A memorial Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, at St. Catherine Church in New Haven, with a private burial in the church cemetery.

The family wishes to express its gratitude to the physicians and staff of the Good Samaritan Center in Louisvillee and to the Loretto Motherhouse Infirmary for their loving care during her illness after a major stroke in 1999.
