Francis W. Metcalf Jr., 27, assault, fourth-degree (minor injury).

Shannon Marie Davis, 36, flagrant non-support; theft by deception, cold checks under $500; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense; no/expired registration plates; improper registration plate.

Mickey A. Goodlett, 49, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
