Jessica Jean Edie, 21, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Joseph Lee Tinnell, 29, disorderly conduct, second-degree; resisting arrest.

Owen Lee Maddox, 33, burglary, second-degree; menacing.

Paul Christopher Lee, 41, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury; resisting arrest.

Fredrick F. Howard, 58, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; careless driving; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; failure to wear seat belts; failure to produce insurance card.
