Thomas Ray Yocum, 29, theft by unlawful taking/disposition – all others $10,000 or more; theft by unlawful taking/disposition-auto.

Jessica Nicole Browning, 22, parole violation (for technical violation).

Donald Scott Hibbs, 20, assault, first-degree.

Patricia Ann Brown, 80, theft by deception – include cold checks under $500.

Eric John Page, 21, failure to wear seat belts; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security, first offense; operating on suspended/revoked operators license; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; no/expired registration plates; failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.

Derek Joseph Downs, 25, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, first offense.
