Five-year-old taken to hospital after fall at Foster Heights playground
Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011, 3:15 p.m. — Nelson County EMS transported a 5-year-old girl who was injured on the playground behind Foster Heights Elementary School. EMTs reported the girl fell a distance of about twice her height and landed flat on her back. She was taken to Flaget Memorial Hospital complaining of back pain. The call to EMS came in about 2:55 p.m.
