Mary Helen Leake, 67, Raywick

Mary Helen Leake, 67, of Raywick, died Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at Spring View Hospital, Lebanon.

Born July 25, 1944, in Marion County, she was a former homemaker and member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Spencer and Leota Buckman Brady and one brother, Tommy Brady.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Alvin J. Leake; four daughters, Terri Murphy (Fudge) of Loretto, Pam Mattingly (Carl) of Raywick, Renee Leake of Loretto and Lea Rust (David) of New Haven; one son, Jay Leake of Raywick; four sisters, Carolyn Hardesty (Johnny) of Raywick, Rosie Roberts of Campbellsville, Joyce Keeling and Kathy Brady both of Louisville; three brothers, James Louis Brady of Campbellsville, B.J. Brady (Janice) of Louisville and Donnie Brady (Debbie) of Mount Washington; and six grandchildren, Ashley and Austin Mattingly, Chrissy and Tanner Leake, Paige Nalley and Sydney Rust.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Raywick. The Rev. James W. Graf will be the celebrant. Burial is in the St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 6 p.m. with Deacon Joseph R. Dant officiating.
