Joseph Christ Redmon, 32, probation violation (for felony offense); receiving stolen property under $10,000; persistent felony offender, second-degree.
Jacob Neil Browning, 19, unlawful transaction with a minor, second-degree; criminal mischief, third-degree; possession of marijuana.
James Timothy Newton, 25, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
William Francis Auberry, 19, possessing license when privileges are revoked/suspended; giving officer false name or address; theft of identity of another without consent; failure to wear seat belts; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance; license to be in possession; operating on a suspended/revoked operators license; receiving stolen property under $10,000; possession of marijuana; buy/possess drug paraphernalia.
