Brenton Wombles, 25, theft by deception-include cold checks under $10,000.

Justin Martin Rogers, 22, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (greater or equal to 4 grams cocaine).

Brendan L. Cooper, 18, burglary, second-degree.

Tiffany D. Berryhill, 26, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order; non-payment of fines.

Charles J. Burnside, 21, possession controlled substances, first-degree-cocaine; tampering with physical evidence and complicity to same; receiving stolen property under $10,000 and complicity to same; buy/possess drug paraphernalia and complicity to same; prescription controlled substance not in original container; possession of marijuana and complicity to same.
