Jan. 9, 2012

Benjamin G. Peterson, 24, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Sharron Lyn Napier, 46, theft by deception-include cold checks under $500.

Robin Marie Humphrey, 52, contempt of court, libel/slander, resitance to order.

Kenneth M. Martin, 24, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; operating on suspended/revoked operators license; disregarding stop sign.

Samuel Ignatious Boone, 66, speeding, 15 mph over limit; operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

Brian Keith Boone, 37, tampering with physical evidence; possession controlled substances, first-degree; trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, greater than or equal to 2 grams heroin; buy/possess drug paraphernalia.

Rey Sierra Martinez, 23, careless driving; rear license not illuminated; improper display of registration plates; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; failure to wear seat belts; no operators/moped license; speeding, 20 mph over limit.
