Woody Williams, 77, Bardstown

Woody Williams, 77 of Bardstown, died Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at Flaget Memorial Hospital.  He was born Dec. 16, 1934, in Paris, Ky., and was a retired machinist for Naval Ordinance inLouisville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Williams and one sister, Ruby Guance.

He is survived by his lifelong companion, Sandra Logsdon of Bardstown; one daughter, Stacey Salamon of Pennsylvania; one brother, Jimmie Williams of Paris, Ky.; two sisters, Jean Sorrell of Lexington and Nettie Duvall of Tennessee; and special friends, Rick Logsdon of Bardstown and Aaron Logsdon of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Codhi Logsdon, Cameron Logsdon, Nicholas Logsdon and Bryn Salamon.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
