Man says he ‘died several times’ after smoking legal substance
Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012, 12:35 a.m. – A 24-year-old man was transported to the hospital about 5:30 Saturday evening after he allegedly smoked a legal substance and told dispatchers he thought he was dying. Nelson County EMS responded to an address in the 400 block of Harrison Fork Road where the man had walked to in order to request help. He told EMTs that after he smoked the substance he “died several times and came back.” He was taken to Flaget Memorial Hospital for evaluation and treatment.
