James Kenneth Kincaid, 30, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree-cocaine; trafficking in a controlled substance within 100 years of a school; trafficking in a controlled stubstance, second-degree-codeine; trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces; persistent felony offender, second-degree; drug paraphernalia, buy/possess.

Kimberly S. Blandford, 39, attempt/obtain controlled substance by fraud/false statement/forgery, first offense.

Joshua Wayne Olliges, 22, operating on suspended/revoked operators license.
