James Alan Borders, 40, parole violation, failure to comply with sex offender registration.

Alana Lashay Stivers, 22, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Ashley Marie Cummings, 23, probation violation (for felony offense).

Bryanna Marie Grant, 19, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Owen Lee Maddox, 33, sexual abuse, first-degree; burglary, third-degree; persistent felony offender, first-degree; menacing; disorderly conduct, second-degree; fleeing or evading police, second-degree (motor vehicle); fleeing or evading police, first-degree (on foot); possession of marijuana; speeding, 17 mph over limit; operating a motor vehicle with expired operators license; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.
