Mitchell Ray Ramsey, 30, probation violation (for felony offense); theft by deception, include cold checks under $10,000; failure to cmply with sex offender registration.
Scotty Jewel, 66, failure to report change in order to receive benefits; trafficking in marijuana, 8 ounces to less than 5 lbs; persistent felony offender, second-degree.
Trevor Lee Howell, 32, assault, fourth-degree (minor injury).
Gary Warren Rummage, 44, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; speeding, 18 mph over limit.
