Anthony Broaddus, 26, criminal possession of a forged instrument; theft by unlawful taking/disposition; falsely reporting an incident; receiving stolen property under $500.
Kayla Marie Shain, 20, fraudulent use of a credit card, $500 to less than $10,000, and complicity to the same.
David Lewis Tackett, 34, obstructions/inteference with an officer.
