ANNIS MARIE NOE
Annis Marie Noe, 84, of Bardstown, died Monday, Feb. 6, 2017, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown. She was born Jan. 8, 1933, in Bardstown to the late James R. and Ellen Pratt Wickham. She was a graduate of Nazareth College, and a retired medical technologist at Flaget Hospital with 40 years of service. She was an avid Notre Dame fan and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she served on the bereavement committee. She traveled the world with her husband, Booker Noe, and hosted visitors from all over the world promoting the bourbons from Jim Beam.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Booker Noe, one sister; Elizabeth Jane Wickham; and one brother; Jimmy Wickham.
She is survived by one son, Fred (Sandy) Noe of Bardstown; her brother, William Gerald “Wart” (Barbara) Wickham of Oxford, Ohio; one grandson, Freddie (Kay) Noe of Bardstown, and one great-granddaughter, Bralee Noe.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral with the Rev. Bradshaw officiating.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road. Burial is in the Bardstown Cemetery at a later date.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
