Amy Elizabeth “Beth” Hoffmeister, 50, of Louisville, formerly of Bardstown, died Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026, at her home. She was born Sept. 24, 1976, in Louisville. She worked for Care Builder at Home.
She was a great traveling companion for camping trips, and widely creative and imaginative. She was hard working, caring, and compassionate, and an excellent fur baby mother.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandi A. Nipp; and her grandparents, Charles and Charlotte Nipp, and Bill and Junaita Craven.
She is survived by her father, Gary D. Nipp; one twisted sister, Erica (C.J.) Farmer; her partner, Michael Moody; four nephews, Sean (Samantha), Aeram (Adam), Jack, and Austin; and two fur babies, Bunny and Loretta.
Cremation was chosen.
Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
