Monday, March 18, 2019 — Applications for the Verna Richardson Homemakers Scholarship are now available at the Nelson County Extension Office, 317 South Third St., or on their website, http://nelson.ca.uky.edu/content/scholarship.
All high school seniors or persons presently attending college or persons planning to return to college from Nelson County can apply. Priority will be given to those majoring in Family and Consumer Science, Agriculture or a related field are eligible to apply. Applications must be returned by April 5, 2019.
