Bardstown Internet Service’s customers back online after fiber repairs

Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015, 2 p.m. — Customers of Bardstown Internet Service Inc. (BISI) once again have access to the Internet and access to their e-mail  accounts in the wake of a cut AT&T fiber cable that disrupted communications for the Bardstown internet business.

The outage began Friday around midafternoon and extended until the early hours of Sunday morning. Customers should also have received their undelivered email sent to BISI addresses during the outage.

BISI-hosed websites that were offline were also restored early Sunday.
