Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014 — Bardstown Police arrested David Anthony Parker, 27, of Bardstown after he failed to comply with the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry.
Detective Jason Woodson’s investigation revealed that Parker also had opened Facebook, XBox Live and Playstation network accounts. Parker was charged with one county of failure to comply with the sex offender registry and three counts of sexual offender social network use.
