Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015, 11 p.m. — A Bardstown man is facing driving under the influence charges after he 
was involved in a single-vehicle injury accident Tuesday afternoon on Plum Run Road.
The Nelson County Sheriff’s Office, Nelson County EMS and the Bardstown Fire Department were dispatched to 1568 Plum Run Road at about 4:44 p.m. According to police, James N. Barnett, 29, lost control of his 2000 Toyota Camry and his vehicle struck a tree. He was transported by EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital with a possible broken left arm.
